Start simulated calls

Simulated PHONE calls to the agent with the callers you describe: a real voice, interruptions and background noise, graded against your rubric. Returns a run id at once; the calls take a few minutes (GET /v1/voice-simulations/{run_id}). Uses the monthly simulated-minutes allowance.
